Terms and Conditions for Blazing Trails K9 Academy

1. Services
Blazing Trails K9 Academy provides professional dog training services in the Uintah Basin area and virtually worldwide. By enrolling in any program, you agree to follow trainer recommendations and communicate openly about your dog's behavior history.

2. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, session reminders, and follow-up messages from Blazing Trails K9 Academy at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

3. Payments
All fees are due as outlined in your training agreement. Enrollment fees are non-refundable.

4. Liability
Blazing Trails K9 Academy is not liable for injuries or damages that occur during training sessions resulting from failure to disclose accurate behavior history.
